Dear customers
We would like to provide you with transparent information about the current situation:
As part of an administrative law dispute, our company was temporarily placed under compulsory administration by a liquidator and all payments were suspended. As a result, normal operations are not possible in the short term. At no point was a permanent discontinuation of services planned, but merely a necessary, temporary interruption.
In the meantime, further contractual solutions have been and are still being worked out to continue our services. Our services will continue with the same team and enthusiasm, and there are no payment difficulties that would affect your orders or services in the future.
For our customers, this means:
- Existing services and orders will continue as usual shortly.
- The temporary pause will not have any long-term consequences for you.
- Our service will continue to be stable and reliable in the future.
We will, of course, process all inquiries as quickly and accommodatingly as possible. However, due to the current high volume of inquiries, this may take some time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide further information as soon as it becomes available.
