F\u00fcr Teillieferungen gilt das Datum des Erhalts des entsprechendes Artikels. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. A prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that the goods are <strong>unused<\/strong>, including any instructions and returned in the original packaging. In the case of textiles and fashion items, it also applies that these were only worn to try them on, as in a shop, and that the goods are returned complete and undamaged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this regulation is violated, the return of goods can be refused.
